Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has changed the way traditional laws were enacted and implemented. Internet has revolutionised everything including law making and its implementation.  TECHNO LEGAL ISSUES

Digital issues are very technical as well as legal in nature. This has necessitated a “techno-legal analysis” of the same as neither technical nor legal aspect would independently be good enough to tackle these issues. For instance, issues like cyber forensics, cyber security, digital evidencing, e-courts etc are highly technical in nature. Similarly, issues like Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Digital Preservation, etc cannot be resolved unless we have a good knowledge of both law and technology. This initiative can provide world class techno-legal services for various digital issues.
