ICT TRAINING FOR JUDGES IN INDIA AND WORLDWIDE

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has brought many crucial changes in the Legal and Judicial System all over World. Whether it is Cyber Law, Cyber Forensics, Digital Evidencing, Cyber Security, E-Courts, ODR or any other technology related field, Judges all over the world are struggling hard to cope with the active use of ICT in Judicial functioning.  

Judges must keep themselves aware of techno-legal issues like cyber law, cyber forensics, e-courts, etc. There is an emergent need for “Techno-Legal Training” of Judges in India.

Perry4Law has developed Techno-Legal Training Course for Judges of India and abroad. These include Cyber Law Training, Cyber Forensics Training, E-Courts Training, ODR Training, etc.

While the basic level training to judges is provided by Perry4Law Techno-Legal Base (PTLB) highly specialised and domain specific training is provided by Perry4Law Techno-Legal ICT Training Centre (PTLITC).

Perry4Law is also taking active part in bringing good Judicial Reforms in India. Its Techno-Legal expertise can be of great utility for the National Mission for Delivery of Justice and Legal Reforms (NMDJLR) initiative of the Ministry of Law, India. It has already shared its views and suggestions regarding the successful implementation of NMDJLR initiative.
