INDIAN CENTRE
FOR ICT IN PARLIAMENT
Information and Communication
Technology (ICT) has revolutionised the functioning of all concerned.
Whether
it is the governing body or the governed people all are connected to
ICT in an
almost inseparable manner.
However, ICT is difficult to
understand and even more difficult to use and implement. This has
necessitated
a Techno-Legal
Training of Executive,
Judiciary
and
Legislators alike.
Perry4Law intends to extend
its domain specific
techno-legal expertise to assist Parliaments, Legislative Councils,
Legislative
Assemblies, Legislative Bodies, Rules Making Authorities, etc. This
applies to
not only Indian Parliament but also Parliaments and Legislative Bodies
of other
Nations as well.
Perry4Law intends to provide
its Techno-Legal
Expertise to Legislators for ICT Research, ICT Training, ICT Law
Making, ICT
use in Parliaments, etc. This would be achieved by Perry4Law with the
support
of its Internationally renowned Techno-Legal Initiatives like Perry4Law
Techno-Legal Base (PTLB)
and Perry4Law
Techno-Legal ICT Training Centre (PTLITC).
Some of the areas that would be
covered by this initiative of Perry4Law, PTLB and PTLITC are Cyber
Law, Cyber
Forensics, Cyber Security, E-Governance, E-Commerce, Telecommunication
Laws, E-Courts, Digital Evidencing, Whistleblower Protection, UIDAI, CCTNS, NATGRID, Human
Rights Protection in Cyberspace, etc.
