CYBER LAW APPELLATE TRIBUNAL OF INDIA-THE CYBER LAW COURT OF INDIA

Cyber Regulations Appellate Tribunal (CRAT) has been constituted under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000). It is operating under auspices of Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA) of India. The present ( May 2010) Chairperson of the CRAT is Justice Rajesh Tandon.

Although CRAT is of significant importance yet it has not received enough attention and publicity. Through this initiative Perry4Law, PTLB and other Techno-Legal Segments of Perry4Law would be spreading awareness about Cyber Law Of India in general and CRAT in particular.

The purpose of this initiative is to spread cyber law awareness in India on the one hand and providing techno-legal cyber law and cyber adjudication services on the other hand. At the same time we also intend to provide techno-legal training to judges and adjudicating officers engaged in cyber law related matters.
